Francisco Bonino
President
Francisco Bonino is partner and president of AF and is in charge of the executive management of the company at its three headquarters in Uruguay, Chile and Brazil. He has 16 years of experience in the forestry sector of Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Previously he was in charge of Product Development for Monsanto in Northern Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay. He is an Agronomist and holds an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
Gerardo Díaz Beltrán
Director
Gerardo Díaz Beltrán is partner and director of AF Uruguay. He is a Veterinarian and lives in Misiones, Argentina. He serves as President of the province’s Economic Confederation, he is a member of the Presidential Committee of the Argentine Confederation of Small and Medium-sized Businesses, and is partner and director of three companies in the provinces of Misiones and Corrientes.
Dan Guapura
Country Manager of AF Uruguay
Dan Guapura is Country Manager of AF Uruguay and is responsible for all of the company's operations in this country. For more than 10 years he has managed different operations of internationally renowned companies, such as Roche and Glencoore. He is an Industrial Mechanical Engineer and holds a MBA from ORT University of Uruguay.
Jorge Armand Ugon
Manager of AF Brazil
Jorge Armand Ugon is General Manager and partner of AF Brazil since its creation. Previously he served as Audit Manager of PWC Brazil. He is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from the University of the Republic (UDELAR) and holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Finances from the Catholic University of Uruguay.

Manager of AF Chile
Francisco García is partner and Manager of AF Chile and is responsible for all operations in that country. For over 20 years he has worked in the forestry industry in Chile in companies such as Forestal Bio Bio and Dow AgroSciences. He is a Forestry Engineer from the University of Chile and holds a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from the University for Development.
Silvana Tomé
Manager of Human Capital
Silvana Tomé is Regional Manager of Human Capital. She has worked in the selection and management of people for more than 10 years and until 2007 worked for Deloitte Montevideo. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from the Catholic University of Uruguay.
Pablo Thiel
Brazil Operations Coordinator
Pablo Thiel is Operations Coordinator of AF Brazil and is also in charge of timber exports in this country. He graduated in Forestry Engineering at the Federal University of Paraná and holds a Master in Plant Production from the State University of Maringá. He has worked in the forestry sector for more than 10 years.
Diego Rosas
Manager of Land Purchases
Diego Rosas is Manager of Land Purchases for AF Uruguay. He has worked in the forestry sector for 10 years and has led AF teams that provided services to major Uruguayan companies (Stora Enso, Weyerhauser, and Cambium, among others). He is an Agronomist and holds an MBA from the University of Montevideo.
Pablo Taño
Weed Control and Services Chief
Pablo Taño is part of AF since 2006 and currently serves as the Chief of Weed Control and Services. He graduated as Agricultural Technician from the Agricultural Management Institute (IGAP) of the Catholic University of Uruguay.
Anibal Morelli
Forestry Administration Chief
Aníbal Morelli is Chief of Administraciones Forestales Sur of AF Uruguay and is responsible for the operational management of Bosques de Uruguay I (10.000 ha) and Bosques de Uruguay II (13.000 ha). He has worked in the forestry sector for 15 years. He is an Agronomist graduated from the UDELAR and has complementary studies on forestry engineering at the University of Talca, Chile.
Andrés Brizolara
Harvest Leader
He is a staff member of AF since 2010. He is currently responsible for all harvesting activities. In his role as harvest leader, he is responsible for harvest operations that supply the domestic mills and the export market. Andres brought 15 years of experience in timber operations into AF. Before coming to AF he was deputy of operations in Transfor LLC, where his main responsibilities included developing and implementing property-level management plans in silvicultural activities. He graduated as Agronomic Engineering from UDELAR.
Juan Torres
Operations Manager
He joined AF Chile in 2008 as Operations Manager. He is a Forestry Engineer from the University of Concepción and has worked in Dow AgroSciences Chile managing the implementation of the weed control program of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience in the services area.
Sebastián Cárdenas
Chief of Administration and Finance
Sebastian Cárdenas is Chief of Administration and Finance of AF Chile and is in charge of the accounting, finances and taxes in that country. With 10 years of experience in the accounting and administrative field, he has worked in various regional companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the Autonomous University of Chile and holds a Diploma in Human Management and Leadership from the Universidad Mayor.
